Dr. Shuaib Kausar completed his MBBS in 2001 from M.S. Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore. He then worked as Medical Officer in Acura Speciality Hospital, Bangalore between 2002-03.Dr Shuaib then went on to complete his Diploma in Orthopedics from Bangalore Medical College under the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in 2005. He then worked in the Orthopaedic Departments in Bangalore Baptist Hospital & Mallya Hospital, Bangalore.

Dr Shuaib Kausar began his private practice in 2005 and is associated with several reputed hospitals in Bangalore. He is actively involved in several social services projects, including several orphanages-where poor and disabled children are treated, free of cost.

Dr. Navin did his under-graduation at Seth G.S. Medical College & K.E.M. Hospital, Mumbai and post-graduation from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. This was followed by 3 years rotational residency in Oncosurgery & 1 year Fellowship in Thoracic Surgery – Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. He subsequently worked as Associate Consultant in Oncosurgery at the P.D.Hinduja National Hospital & Research Center, Mumbai for over 2 years and spent a year as Consultant Surgical Oncologist & Minimal Access Oncosurgery In-Charge at Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Jaipur, Rajasthan – on appointment for establishing the Minimal Access Oncosurgery Department at the institute, a 180 bedded tertiary referral center for Rajasthan.

Presently Dr. Navin is the National Coordinator for Laparoscopic Colorectal Leadership Programme conducted in co-operation with Ethicon. Surgical Oncology is his forte with special interest in Thoracic, GI & Gynaec-Oncology, Head & Neck oncology.

Dr. Shiva Kumar completed his MBBS (Gold Medalist) from Shri B. M. Patil Medical College, Hospital and Research Center, Bijapur, Karnataka University, Dharwad. He then completed DNB, Internal Medicine (Gold Medalist), from National Board of Examinations, New Delhi in 2005. He completed MD, Internal Medicine (Gold Medalist), from Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, Rajiv Gandhi University, Hubli. He also completed DM, Neurology, from Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Science and Technology, Trivandrum, Kerala.

Dr. Shiva Kumar is a member of Indian Academy of Neurology, Indian Epilepsy Association, American Epilepsy Society and Neurological Society of India. He has been an Assistant Professor at the Department of Medicine, PES Medical College, Kuppam and at the Department of Medicine, Sree Devraj Urs Medical College, Kolar.

Dr.Bhaskar did his MD from Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology, Bangalore. Subsequently, he was a Clinical Fellow for a year at Tata Memorial Hospital involved in a Phase 1 multinational trial on Head and neck cancers. He later did his 1-year residency and clinical fellowship at Juravinski Cancer Centre; Hamilton, Canada where he underwent training in Intensity modulated Radiation therapy, intrabronchial brachytherapy for Lung tumors and photodynamic therapy.

He has worked as Resident Surgeon and later as Assistant professor at Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology for 8 years. He was involved in teaching postgraduate MD students and WHO fellows deputed to the Institute in addition to treating Cancer patients.

Presently, Dr. Bhaskar is serving as Associate Professor in Radiation Oncology at Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore..

Dr. Faiyaz completed his MBBS from JJM Medical College, Davangere. He did a Diploma in Hospital Administration from IHCA, Chennai. He then did a Post Graduate Diploma in Critical Care Medicine from Vienna, Austria. He also attended an advanced training course in Accident and Trauma Care Management from NUH, Singapore.

Dr. Faiyaz has worked as a Senior Resident Doctor and Center Manager in Cuttack Nursing Home during 2000-02. He worked as a Senior Medical Officer and Assistant Hospital Administrator at Himalayan Hospital and Institute during 2003-07. From 2007 until May 2010, he has worked as a Medical Consultant for Kanva Diagnostic and Health Service. Dr. Faiyaz is a visiting consultant (ICU & Emergency) for various hospitals.

Dr. Faiyaz is also actively involved in Social and Educational activities, has also been associated with various NGOs for educational and social development programs, such as MYCA, Jain Humanitarian Trust and BOSCO.

Dr. Gajare has completed his MBBS from Seth G.S. Medical College, Mumbai, in 1993. In 1998, he completed his Diploma (Ortho) from CPS, Mumbai. In 1999, he completed his M.S. in Orthopaedics from Seth Medical College and K.E.M. Hospital in Mumbai. He did a post-doctoral fellowship at K.E.M. Hospital in Ilizarov during 1999-2000. He did another post-doctoral fellowship at R.N. Cooper Hospital in Knee Replacement during 2000-01. During 2001-02, he was a post-doctoral fellow at K.B.B.H. Hospital in the department of Trauma.
